i hope i can get help in this matter casu ei dont really kno wat im doing and i kno this will not help. teh grounds on withc we was refused apart from teh grounds taht he hasnt got ajob offer or am i not workin where total rubbish i feel. but we have been told by asolicitor nto to bother appealin and to jsut get a job and re apply? cant get hima job casue tehy want interveiw but he cant come to the uk to hav the interview!! so my last resort is to get a job but with havin three young dependants im going to find it difficult and im wondering if i get a part time job would thsi still go against us as i woudl still be gettin some sort of help from teh goverment funds. i hope someone can help :(

Lack of funds is probably once of the most common reasons for refusal of a spouse visa. Which country is your husband applying from...some are tougher than others? Is he employed in his own country at present , as the ECO will also look at his work history? I think that your solicitor is right. There would be little point in appealing if you can't show that the ECO was wrong in saying that you don't have sufficient funds without a job to support your husband. If you are on benefits, and until your husband can find work here, you would need to claim more benefits in order to survive...which is why they have found it easy to refuse you the visa.
