Hi All,
Hoping to get some advice.
I have my FLR FP ( 5 years route ) extension coming up in few months. This was granted on the grounds of being a father to a British child and not being in a relation with my ex.
I have an agreement with my ex where we have shared access to our child. I have my child over at my place for weekends.
My ex is in a new relationship now and does not want to get involved in my extension application, hence she is not willing to provide a letter confirming direct access to child and provide copy of her ID.
I do have a letter from my child's nursery confirming that I pick up my child up with her mum, have evidence of attending medical appointments with my child, evidence of enrolling and attending music lessons with my child, evidence of sending my ex money every month to support my daughter and pay for her nursery, letters from family, friends and neighbours confirming that I have my child over at my place on weekends. 100s of pictures with my child showing I take an active role in her life. I meet all other requirement under the FLR FP (5 years route ) except the access letter from my ex.
Considering this is an extension, will all these matter if I am not able to get the letter from my ex confirming access to child?
Also what are my alternatives?
Please advice. Thanks
Sincerely
A worried father
