Thanks a lot. I am just trying to be brave and strong, honestly within, I am freaking out with anxiety. I keep reading that home Office letter over and over again, wondering what they are up to. The wait and uncertainty are driving me crazy.Fustrated2019 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 7:30 pmI am excited for you. You are close to the finish line

I think we are in the same boat. I have previously renewed twice under family route as a parent but decided to go for the EUSS September of last year. I got an email from the HO 4 weeks ago for additional evidence which I sent and they wrote back stating they require 1 more piece of evidence in order to consider me for a settled stay. I have now provided them with all they need & I know the wait won’t be long. My advice to everyone is to stay steadfast but don’t forget to apply pressure on the HO as that’s the only you can get things done with them.
This is my first 2.5 yrs ltr, under parent route but it will expire next week.Onomskky wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 11:28 pmI think we are in the same boat. Hi IST, at least they have acknowledged the fact that a wrong decision was made initially and withdrew it.IST wrote: ↑Mon Jul 06, 2020 12:27 pmHi Guys
This is what I have received from AR today.
What does this means will they reconsider and refused again? I thought the AR can issue with new decisions but it say has to go back to original case worker.
Thank you for your application for an administrative review of the decision of 15 May 2020 on your application under the EU Settlement Scheme.
Your application for an administrative review has been successful
We have carefully considered the points that you raised in your administrative review. We have withdrawn the original decision because we have found that the original decision maker made an error when considering your application.
We have sent your EU Settlement Scheme application for reconsideration to correct the error and make a new decision on your application. We were unable to correct the error on the administrative review team because it is outside of the remit of administrative review. We have therefore withdrawn the original decision.
What this means for you
Your application for leave under the EU Settlement Scheme has been sent back to the original case working team to reconsider. They will make a new decision on your application and tell you the outcome. If your application is refused or you are granted pre-settled status, you will be entitled to apply for a fresh administrative review of the decision.
Application fee
As the original decision has been withdrawn the fee for your administrative review application will be refunded.

@ Snooky, sorry for taking you back. Can I apply for DRV1 card even though I have leave to remain till next year October as a parent. I have applied for EU settlement since June 2019 and still waiting for a decision.
I just came across this forum, and base on previous discussion it seems you advised DRV 1 application to be made but I am not sure if this is applicable to me.
Thanks.
