Need guidence in showing Maitenance of funds for EC

Hi to all,

I've got HSMP approval by April 5th 2008.
Now I need to apply for EC......Now my doubts is..

what are the ways I can show the funds....means to say
any joint account FD is valid that too with my mother or father


I'll be very much glad if I get information regarding this at the earliest...since I have only 30 days more to apply for EC.
