Biometrics Reuse

Hi everyone

So my partner received an email stating that the home office will reuse her biometrics for the Tier2 dependent visa and to await further steps.

It’s been a week since that email, I think other people who also received similar emails from a few weeks ago are also still waiting.

Do we know what exactly is happening in the background? When will we expect to know further steps?

Are we supposed to upload our documents on the UKVCAS website in the meantime? Since we were not able to book a biometric appointment as she submitted her application in June, we haven’t uploaded any documents online yet.
