I got HSMP approval letter in March 2006 . Latter my EC was refused for the reasons that my Electrical engineering degree of UET Lahore was not attested by Pakistan foreign office(and I actually did not get it attested at that time) . I applead against the decision of BHC Islamabad and again I was granted EC in March 2008( appeal case was delayed from my side due to certain reasons) I came to UK in June 2008. I like to know my whether HSMP visa extention will be according to old rules( before Nov,2006) or under existing tier 1 ?. I actually don't know much about old one's
If any one can help me on this.....thnx
