Tier 1 - job opportunity in embedded (automotive) domain

Hello all,

I would like to know how is the job market in embedded (automotive domain) , if one has 1.5 years experience.....and whether there is chance for married women who is the main applicant (because i have heard that some companies may not prefer them).
Next, regarding the expenses, through this forum i came to know that it will come upto 1500-1600 GBP..but I would like to know how much will come for health insurane (2 member family)?
