Urgent - Can you change biometric appointment in USA from ASC to PAC?

Hello,

We have taken UK biometric appointment at USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) in New York.

Is it possible to shift the UK visa applicants biometric appointment from USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) to VFS Global Application Centre (PAC)?

If yes please can you tell the process?
