Hi experts,
I am an international student in the UK started my educational journey from this January 2020. I am studying in Wales but after coming here I found this place is like a remote area, transportation system is not that frequent. Also I am suffering from intense anxiety and my palpitation always stays high. Sometimes it goes that worse that I become faded and suffer breathlessnes. That time I really need someone near me. I live here in Wales alone and it seems like I can't breathe in this place. I have my sister lives in Portsmouth. Before coming to the UK my first choice was to study in University of Portsmouth but for getting the offer letter lately I couldn’t apply for that University. Now I am willing to transfer my credits into University of Portsmouth but I may need to return to my home country to process my new visa. Everyone knows that in this current pandemic if I go back to my home country I have to stay in quarantine for 14 days and then I have to start my process which takes a long time which I don't have in my hand as I will finish my first year in September and I have to start my second year in University of Portsmouth in October. Moreover the price of airline tickets are now 5x which is way beyond thinking. On top of everything for my current physical and mental condition I need to stay with my sister where I will get supervision for all the time. Could I get permission to process my new visa for credit transfer from inside the UK? Should I mail to home office for that? Could anyone please guide or suggest me is there any way and what should I do?
