Fiance visa for Arranged Marriage

Hi board members, I would appreciate some guidance please. Is it feasible for my fiance, who I got engaged to via an arranged marriage to apply for a fiance visa? We were due to get married this year in India but due to Covid , it got postponed but we're thinking of getting a fiance visa so that we can get married here in the UK.
What proof would i need to provide to give evidence of a genuine subsisting relationship?
I have met my fiance and we have had an engagement ceremony and there are pictures etc.
