HI

I applied for a student visa here in saudia on 20 June 2008.i got visa on 18 july 2008.i Then on 12 august I applied for my daughter and husband visa as dependent of a student. But unfortunately ECO asked me to present my passport to them. Instead of calling my husband and daughter for interview they even cancelled my visa too (how can they do this) and gave us right of appeal I m much upset in this situation .I need all of yours valuable opinion that should I appeal against the decision or not?

ECO demonstrated that I do not have sufficient funds for my accommodation and maintenance in UK.but if this was the case why ECO gave me visa before. And when I applied for my husband and daughter visa why he cancelled my visa too?

Waiting for reply

The refusal letter states the reason why your family were refused, the ECO would have looked at the records supplied for their application and in light of new evidence has re-examined your position. The ECO obviously thinks you do not meet the requirements for a student visa any longer and has cancelled the visa. Given you were issued the visa the cancellation is appealable. You can not appeal against the dependent refusal however as you are out of country.
