EUSS family permit refusal and re apply

Hi. I'm an European citizen living and working in UK. I've applied for EUSS family permit for my parents from india. Recently I have got refusal stating the reason that I didn't provide translated birth certificate within the given time limit. In the refusal letter they mentioned next steps to re apply if I've got further documents to consider. I've got ot all the documents including birth certificate in english now. I've filled the application form again but in the last page of application there is a space for any additional information if i need to provide. My problem is that I'm confused whether I should mention about the refusal of previous application in that box or leave it blank.. please help. Thank you..

You can put something around the lines: "Previous application failed because it was submitted incomplete. Birth certificates in English for both parents are now provided".
