Hello guys, am new on this forum, but i would like some advice on this situation.

I am a German citzen working in the UK over one year, my spouse is in africa i would like him to join me but i dont know how to go about it . all response will be appriciated.

He may apply for an EEA family permit to join you. Subsequently, when in the UK, apply under European Law.
