Naturalisation application advice

Hi,
Could you please advice on Naturalization application, we have applied for Naturalization, when we have submitted application, my wife was not working but now she got new job so do we have to inform about changes to UKVI ? if yes, then please guide us how ? second question during the application form filling the question in form "name in which you made the application" we have answered the category of application like "ILR, Tier 2" with all reference numbers. is it right answer? I have read on other forum people said its full name of applicant. so I am really confused now, can we write cover letter and upload on UKVI? We are awaiting for appointment and document are submitted.

No need to tell about employment. Employed/unemployed is irrelevant for naturalisation. You just have to mention employment history for last 10 years at the date of application (if any).
name in which you made the application
This is indeed a confusing question. But many including my wife was approved when she mentioned the category type also answering this question. No need to do anything.

The best approach is to mention your name and category both. Online form has ample space to input the the answer in the format as:

Full Name [Category]
For example: Mr A [Tier 2] etc

If you wish you can upload a cover letter for clarification but it will have no impact on your application. You will be able to submit more documents at your appointment/via IDV app.
