Our plan is to email eligible IDV customers inviting them to use the IDV app:
By 7 September 2020 for IDV customers who have registered with UKVI and UKVCAS up to 31 July 2020
By 14 September 2020 for IDV customers who registered with UKVI and UKVCAS in August 2020
Attended biometric on 13th August. I was asked for the passport and BRP card only. thanksseeweare wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 8:34 pmHi all,
Could anyone who has attended the biometric appointment provide the guidance pls.. i have uploaded all documents on ukvcas website, and i am attending the biometric appointment tomorrow. They have asked me to bring original documents. Some of my documents have always existed as a soft copy. Do I need to print and take these to the appointment? I have printed the mandatory documents (where i didnt have original paper copies) as per the document checklist, but do I need to print all supporting documents too? What documents do they expect at the appointment? Any guidance will be greatly helpful. Thank you.
At Brimingham I was only asked for BRP card and Current Valid Passport (not even the old ones), Mine was Set(O). A friend who did it earlier in August Set(M) also needed only the Passport and BRP.seeweare wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 8:34 pmHi all,

On any given day they file 10-15 applications with same email id, if it is not an issue then how is it an issue now ?iamawonder wrote: ↑Mon Aug 24, 2020 7:05 pm
Thank you for reply - the problem is that solicitor used his email and I assume there are many applications submitted using it. I regret I didn`t insist to use my personal email for application.
fair point, any idea if thos you have received the decision email will be sent a tracking code for BRP?gc362952246 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 7:11 pmFedex / TNT
I am also waiting since last friday. But there is no way to track without a tracking number no?
I guess you may have tried already but if not, please try logging in to the app. Emails are sometimes jittery and don't always show up. Also, don't forget to check junk folder. Also, check for appointments on UKVCAS as IDV app and regular appointments both open simultaneously.
I applied on 15th May and still didn't receive the invite yet ! I haven't seen anyone on this forum who applied on or after 15th May reporting they received the IDV invite. Please correct me if I am wrong.
