Stamp 4 revoked after separation?

Post by gggg1234 » Tue Aug 25, 2020 12:40 pm

Hi guys,

I'm a non EEA married to an Irish citizen. We're thinking of filing for a legal separation agreement and I'm kind of worry as I don't know what's gonna happen to me afterwards. Do I have to leave the state immediately? And if so, how can I get a divorce after legal separation? Does anyone have any ideal on how long until the Spouse of Irish National Unit get back to us once we send out the letter of our current state of marriage? And lastly, do I have a chance to obtain a visa retention and become independence from my spouse?

Thank you very much for your insights.

Sincere.

How long have you been married, and do you have a child together.

We've been married for 4 years, I'm on Stamp 4 for 2 years. And we don't have kids. Cheers.
