my visa runs out on the 8/09/2008 i want to know when is the last day i must post it ?

8th September is a Monday. You want to know the very last day you can post the application. I would not recommend that you leave it that late but the answer to your answer is .... 08.09.08 ... the date of expiry of the current visa.

That is, for visa applications (as distinct from citizenship applications) the date of posting is the date of application. But especially posting it that late, do retain the Special Delivery slip, stamped at the Post Office, proving when it was posted. Retain that slip not just for a few days, but until you apply for Naturalisation, as you intend to do that in due course.

But don't leave it that late!

Even so, I would retain the stamped receipt from the Post Office, to ensure that it is obvious that you have so-called Section 3C protection, that you are not an overstayer while they consider your application.

Any particular reason you don't intend to seek Naturalisation in due course? Are you from a country that does not allow dual nationality?

your right dual nationality is a big problem as i am a malaysian never minds amybe sometime in the future if things change
