Hello there
I came to UK as a working holiday maker 2001 and after finish my visa I have continue to living in UK until now. I'm gay male and I have a partner who is British/ Irish citizen. We knew each other over year now but been in relation ship only two to three months. Because of October 1st dead line we don't know what to do get my legal status in UK. My partner willing to do any thing to keep me in UK. We are genuinely in love and do not like to be separated. Please help us and we shall be very grateful

My advice would be to see a good immigration lawyer in your case. Have you visited http://www.uklgig.org.uk/

It is very informative and contains lots of information relating to lesbian and gay relationships. I would strongly recommend you leave before Oct 1st.
