Advice naturalisation

Post by IMRAN001 » Thu Sep 03, 2020 7:17 pm

Hello guys, I am new in this forum. Need an advice from experience professionals;

I've got successful decision email for my British Citizenship application, Can I apply my spouse citizenship application on the basis of decision letter or I need to wait to attend Ceremony prior to submit my spouse application.

If I can apply for my spouse do I need to count 3years from date of application? Means 3 years before we were on holiday from 20th September & if I submit my application before 20th September will it be ok.

Regards,

The decision letter is just that - a letter - doesn't confer citizenship. You are British once you have attended the ceremony and received your certificate.
Yes, three years back from application date and you will be ok if you avoid your holiday dates. But it could be a few months before you get booked on the ceremony.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
