PBS Dependant visa

Dear all,

My wife has applied for a PBS dependant visa outside the UK, yesterday she received an email from the DMC that she needs to provide the Marriage Certificate which has been already uploaded and submitted at the application time. Anyway, she submitted again the Certificates (original and certified translation).

Is that common? how long would they take to make a decision after receiving the document they asked for?
