Hi,

When applying under transitional arrangements , I have only filled the maintanance section as it was given in application(pbsappendix1) that if with approval letter then goto part 7-8.

Is it mandatory to fill the attributes section when filling the application form?

You need not to fill the other sections. Only you need to fill the section 7 and 8 while you apply under transitional arrangements.
