VISA OF SOLE PARENT OF A MINOR IRISH CITIZEN CHILD

Post by anukasarkar80 » Wed Sep 09, 2020 5:14 pm

I applied for my visa under the category " other " being sole legal guardian of minor Irish child.
My daughter was born in 2006 .I was in Ireland from 2004 .Came back to India with my daughter in 2011 as she was only 5 yrs then & she lost her father who was suffering from cancer. Her father was working for IBM IRELAND. I was on dependant visa till my husband was alive .Then I was granted a PR by the state .My visa got expired in 2012. Now my daughter is 14+ & she wants to go back to her country for her further education & life.
My daughter got admission in North East Dublin ETSS & her classes has commenced .She is stuck just because of my visa decision is pending.
I applied for my visa on 8th of July from India & Irish Embassy Delhi forwarded the same to Dublin & the Dublin office acknowledged it on 31st of July.. 2020.
I have letters from her daughter's school too requesting the immigration department stating my daughter needs to attend school immediately as she's missing valueable stuffs.
Will this help to process my visa faster on a priority basis for the sake of minor Irish child's education & mental situation??
