Hope you all are keeping well. I have 2 questions here regarding UKVCAS IDV app.
After I submitted my Citizenship (naturalisation) and uploaded my documents, I was invited to download UKVCAS IDV app to pass the identity and upload documents. I downloaded the app and passed the identity check. My questions are as follow:
1. I uploaded my documents after I filled my naturalisation application and there were shown in the IDV app, did I have to upload them again while they were shown in the IDV app?
2. Will I have to wait for a confirmation email after I submitted my info on IDV app? I submitted my info on IDV app 16 hours ago and did not receive any confirmation.
