1. My Spouse hold Tier2 ICT visa and i hold dependent visa until end of 2021. My Spouse have to go back to hometown as his project ended here.poper wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 7:09 pmHow long is your spouse's visa valid?
Home Office(HO) sends out a visa curtailment letter if a candidate loses sponsorship. Visa is usually curtailed to 60 days from the date in the letter.
However, it may take several weeks/months for such a letter to be sent out by the HO. The visa curtailment applies to both main applicant and their dependents.
Yes, you may apply Tier 2 General from the UK as an exception is in place. Read the below covid guidance:
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus ... -residents
You need to make a valid application before your visa expires to avoid overstaying. Mere Job offer will not suffice.

Can i and kid(holds dependent visa) remain in UK for at least 60 days? if yes point me to the document where home office stats that please.
You will need to leave the UK along with the main applicant if the main applicant is leaving for good(and not a holiday)
2. My job title here in UK is Front end developer. Will my company get exemption from going through RLMT process if my company apply for COS under SOC code 2137( web design/developers mentioned here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... ation-list) ?
I see SOC 2137 is already exempted from RLMT as its under shortage occupation
3. The Roles and responsibility of Web developers(SOC code 2137) and Front end developers(my current role) are same, do the job title should exactly match for my company to apply for COS under SOC code 2137?
I do not think so. I am on Tier 2 visa and my designation and job title in COS do not match. Experts may comment.
4. if i am switching visa from tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 2 General visa in a same job role for the same employer, will i get exemption from going through RLMT?
