Apply British citizen outside uk MN1

Hi All,

I have granted ILR LR and now I want to register my 3 years old Daughter (born in UK) as a British Citizen using MN1 route.

My wife and daughter went to India for vacation on March later unable to return to the uk due to COVID lockdown , my wife and daughter leave to remain also expired on July 2020,
Just wondering , would I able to register as a British citizen from India for my daughter ?
