BRP not received

I gave my Biometrics on 28 Jul 2020 at Croydon office, and my company confirmed my VISA was approved on 31 Jul itself. I have approval pdf as proof.

However, my BRP cards have not arrived yet, and Home office responded to my company's solicitors saying there is technical issues generating our BRPs.

I am already 5 years in UK in June (Tier 2 General - Jun 2015-Jun 2020) and applied VISA instead of ILR because of COVID issues.

Can you please suggest if there are actually issues going with BRPs currently - as I don't see any such information on Home Office website, neither in the approval email shared with me by my company.

I have my company letter needed for ILR already, but if the BRP doesn't arrive within a month, that letter would be void, and need be re-requested.

Can I please get some help? Is there any issue actually with BRP process or what. Jul 2020 till Sep 2020 is too much for an approved application to get BRP issued.

Are you in the process of apply ILR after 5 years in Tier 2?
If the duration is more than 10 weeks, can log a report and ask

Yea am waiting for BRP to file ILR. My company already reported on 10 sep but no update yet.

My company said - ther is technical issue generating your BRP. I don’t have visibility of communication between home office k my company.

DO you get your decision via email from HO?

Decision is apprroved already n letter was sent to my com company - my visa is now valid till June 21 but BRP not received

Oh, so you got Tier 2 for 3 years, and another 3 years.

My company reported on 10 sep already n forwarded me thr proofs. Been a month now even after reporting.

Now my total visa is 3 years, 2 years earlier + 1 year renewed now

Should I report again from my side? Will it cause any issues or multiplicity of complaints leading to further confusion?

Can you please confirm when did you get the decision letter, that could potentially give me an idea of by when we should expect the BRP

People who got decisions/BRP, can you please share T2G timelines which will be helpful for those waiting in the dark. Applied on 29th June, IDV on 7th Sept. 5 weeks from IDV and no updates.
