can i finish my studies even i am liable to be detained!!!

i came in London united kingdom on September 2005. i successfully extended my visa in 2006 stating that I have finished the course I came for and that I will carry on bba year 1 from the same college from 2006 to 2007. I studied from 2006 to 2007 and finished my bba year 1.but when i had to extend my visa i declared that i was studying in a diff college ( which later caught as a bogus college ). i did that to get the visa which is clearly deception. the reason why i did is that at that time my sponser could nt pay the remaining fee because his business was heavily damaged in one of the political disputes in Pakistan.

bottom line is i was studying properly in Kensington college of business affiliated with Glamorgon university but my documentation was from Lloyds college ( bogus college ) from 2006 to onwards.
The entire fee is settled now and i have the transcripts, certificate (proving that I actually studied from 2005 to 2007) and reference from my professor about my performance during my stay as a student. My sponsor is willing to pay the fee on one go if required.

Although i have been told that there is no way i could solve this case while staying in London. and that i will have to go back home to reapply. ( i surely know the outcome). Therefore, i have decided to finish my bba staying as a overstayer from the same college. i cannot just take embarrassment back home when i came to take my degree.


question is how will it effect me when i go back home after one year or 2 years if i stay for my masters. I only want help to make me a decision as am devastated and unable to decide anything. However I have following options.

1. Forget everything and remember that I came here for degree and am not going without it no matter what. ( passport at risk, could get banned etc)
2. Write a letter to HO. Forget the lawyer. Speak black and white. More like good guy approach. ( will involve my professor support, will send em my course work if required )
3. go back and apply for Australia as I would most probably will get the visa on the basis that I have studied in uk for sometime. ( getting a visa, new country etc)
4. Last thing in my mind is to appeal for my UK status.

note; my visa expires November 30TH 2008. I have been issued is 96 and i also go to report Becket house in London bridge. College got caught sometime in October 2007 and I was facing fortunate that I sent my passport for renewal in September 2007 stating that I am still studying in this college. I have the passport though because I received the letter from HO in march 2008.

At any time when you report you could be detained for removal, do not expect to carry on reporting for years while you carry on studying.

We know from previous posts you deceived UKBA, enrolled at a bogus college and have been caught. You knew the position months ago as I advised you to try and do a quick switch. This obviously did not work or you did not attempt it. No matter what the position UKBA will not entertain another in country visa application due to your negative immigration history.

My advice is return to your country of origin or expect to be removed by UKBA. It is your choice; it makes little difference as you will not be returning to the UK for 10 years either way. Deception carries a 10 year mandatory ban as does enforced removal. At least if you go back under your own steam there are not going to be any surprises and you might just scrape though on a future visa application to return.

I would be surprised if your college lets you carry on without a valid student visa, the consequences for the college would not be good for future business. Educational establishments will be able to sponsor students in their own right in the future; they will need a licence to do so. This licence depends on their immigration history as an establishment. Getting found with students without the appropriate visa is going to damage them and the potential lucrative overseas student fees they will lose in the future.
