BRP not Received

Hi,

Has anyone received BRP card in recent time especially after the lockdown? Visa was approved and received an email last week it almost 9th day now haven't received the BRP.

Anyone any idea or any other suggestion?

It should arrive any day soon, mine took 10 working days in early April. I received an "out for delivery" email from TNT by then.

I'd wait a little bit longer, meanwhile worth to check with TNT by giving your postcode to see if it's due soon, otherwise you better report it: https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... ot-arrived

My wife and I completed bio-metric on 1th June, and received decision email on 8th June (priority service), but we haven't received the BRP yet, and we haven't received any emails from the post office or courier.
HO's letter said that you will receive your card within 5 working days, but today is the 9th working day. If I don't receive it tomorrow (10th working day), I will complete 'BRP has not arrived' in the HO site.

I received my BRP on Friday, 27 days after bio-metric (priority service) and 20 days after home office email about visa decision.

Hi There,
my wife and kid BRP card not delivered yet.
They got application successful email on 27th Aug and they didn't receive BRP even after 10 Working days.
Then i reported the same on Sept 10th and didn't get any reply after 5 working days. again i Reported the same yesterday and today i got email from BRP Delivery team saying "We are unable to deal with this type of enquiry as it is not a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) delivery issue"
i had no clue what so ever happening. I called Home office and explained the situation and they are saying it might a technical issue and asking me to write letter to Home office .
Any suggestions please?

Hi, Same is my situation exactly.

I did biometric on 28 July 2020.
Then my company reported BRP non-arrived on 10 Sep 2020.
Then on 1st Oct, Home Office replied to my company about some technical issue, but no detail.

Can you please share any email where to send my enquiry. I tried the phone, but they asked me to contact my employer as they filed my VISA.

Hi I did got the confirmation email on 11th sep and now onwards still waiting for my BRP I dnt know what to do already booked ticket thought card may b come in 7 to 10 working days but not its almost a month now did send the enquiry 3,4 times they'd said they will contact with in 5 days but no one contact me is anyone else having same issues

15 days no brp yet after a successful application. i have reported it on the 10th day and still havent heard anything. no tracking whatsoever

Yes I got the confirmation on e mail on 11th of sep been four weeks now didnt received brp or any update i did contact online 4 times now but still not received any email or anything.

I'm in the same position. I got my positive decision on the 22nd of September - reported the BRP not arrived on the 6th of October. Called them to see what's happening and they told me that you have to report it 3 times (10 day intervals) before they can escalate it to Home Office. I have also made travel arrangements for end of October.

This is absoulutely terrible. So stressful and really. I haven't seen family in almost a year now.

O point ringing them they dnt have any information i did try to ring and they just said submit ur enquiries through online dnt know seriously what to do. Let me know please if u receive any update

Same here.Not received any updates at all. Decision letter 15th Sept. Reported BRP not arrived twice now. No reply back. Desperate to travel back home. I have delayed going home for a month now. not sure what else to do. Has anyone above had a good news?

I am in the same situation too. We got a decision letter via email on 18th September, it was sent to our legal representative. The visa type is: FLR (M) - Spouse Visa (first time application)

The BRP didn’t arrive within the 7-10 days as stated on the letter, so we gave it a few extra days then last Friday on the 15th day we got our solicitor to email/contact the HO. They should get back to us within 5 working days.

Who else is facing this issue and is this something common now? It is quite a stressful time and such a long delay just doesn’t make sense to me.

It would be nice if you guys could share how long yours took.

Also, does anyone know the reason for the delays?

I have applied for visa for my son (born this year - ICT dependent) but have not got the BRP even after 22 working days even when the decision letter has been received but we did not get the tracking details for BRP. After 10 working days of decision letter, I have raised the no-BRP card received request on gov.uk thrice now but no response at all after 5 working days. Called UKVI as well to escalate and have been told to wait for 10 working days for response. Contacted the local MP as well who has got in touch with UKVI but UKVI will respond in 20 working days. Not sure if anything else can be done to know the status of BRP card. Please suggest.

You guys can try calling TNT(courier service which delivers BRP) on 03456080630 to check whether they have a visa for you or not by giving ur postcode.

My son's visa was approved on 15th Sept. I managed to call this am, unfortunately they said no...
