ILR Information needed

Hi All,

I want to know are there any restrictions to apply for Indefenite Leave to Remain for a person who is in a work permit Dependent visa?

The reason is my wife is a dependent on my work permit and we were here for the last 2 years continuously, but she just want to go to our country (which is Non-EU) for minimum 6 months to take up some education.

As I am approaching my fulfilment of 5 years continuous stay, I wonder this would be affecting my wife's ILR application?

Any advise from you guys would save our career.

You must both satisfy the KOL requirements. She must be in the UK as your dependant (194-196F), in order to be included in your settlement application.
