End of march application.

I submitted my application(in country,un 28) on 29th march and the application was received on 3oth and i got my ref number on 3rd april,the ref is 038***.
I email the on 16th april and was told the application had been finished so i rang up on 1894 to ask if it was approved.
The most ridiculous thing was, i was told on the telephone that my application was still await to be assigned to a case worker and it would take around 1 or 2 mths time, and the guy on the phone said he had no idea why i was told on email that my application was finished.Bloody hell,i had to send another email to the person who sent me the emial at the begining and i was told the next day that she was not able to tell me via email. Shit, i had to call that number again and i was told my application was on the quene and it would take around 2wks to finish. I don't know who to ask ro who to believe now, however, personlly i think the telephone query is more accurate than the email.

I will call again tomorrow,will let you konw the result!!!

BTW,FYI,i got 3 friends who applied on 22nd of march and all of them got approved in a week's time and one of them was told on the telephone that if the application was straight forward enough,the decision is usually made within a few days,in many cases,one day!!!
