You can only report it on link provided in your approval email if BRP not recieved in 7 working days and wait for their reply.

We were in same situation last year around where it took around 2 month's to get BRP. With current scenario one should expect bit of delay due to UKVI overwhelmed .

I guess it puts me at slight ease to see many are in the same position. As mentioned, we got our decision letter on 18th September and we’re still waiting. Almost 20 days have passed...

I just hope we get an email back as we reported it via that link last Thursday.

I got the email that tnt will deliver brp card with in 3 to 5 working days but didn't provide any tracking details I did call tnt wait on a long hold didn't get any information from tnt

When did you receive the approval letter for your BRP? Applied for ILR and received approval on 23/09 and nothing since then.

I got the approval email confirmation on 11 sep nd got the email today that TNT will deliver with in 3 days but no any tracking details

I did ring TNT but they don't have any info regarding my card let's see and wait next week

It has now been 4 weeks.
The solicitor contacted the Home Office and we haven’t heard from them yet, it has been more than the “5 working days”

We are now panicking. What can be done next?

Just try to send the inquiry online again 2,3 times a day they will contact you nd let you know i did same and they send me e mail that you will receive in 3,5 working days so today's 2nd working day let's c this week.

Hi, My spouse got his Tier 2 general visa approval on 2nd Oct. we have reported the BRP not delivered on last Friday. Reading delay for so many people I am really anxious now as me and my kids need to apply for our dependent visa based on his BRP and we are stuck because of this delay. Do you suggest to report the delay 2-3 times a day using the link provided in the approval email? I just want his BRP to arrive asap so that family can be reunited.

Yes thats what I did now been waiting around one and half month and didn't receive yet just got the email that they will send me in 3 to 5 working days so keep trying to send inquiry online

- VISA approval 15/9
- "BRP not arrived" reported online thrice since then. 30/9, 6/10 and 14/10
- Wrote to local MP 7/10
-Called TNT couple of times - they said no visa for my son
- Received email from BRP Delivery providing cosignment number and BRP is out for delivery for this week 18/10
- Received BRP 19/10

Congrats..did you at any point get an email that there is a technical issue in producing the BRP? I have got this email on 19/10 for my son’s BRP. Not sure what it means and how long will it take from here.

Congratulations. Will do the same now. It’s been 4 days since I complaint and no reply from their side yet. This is so disheartening. We are waiting for my spouse’s BRP card to apply our Visa.

Yes it will help but it take time book appointment with mp then explain him then he will send letter or email then they reply to mp after 20 days
So better send emails to BRP Delivery team
