Non EU fammily Settlement

Hi
I am a British Citizen currently residing and looking for a Job n Ireland.

My wife is Non EU citizen with ILR - Permanent residency in UK and working.
My Inlwas have long term visit visa to UK.

I want all 3 of them to join me in Ireland.
Please advise if its possible to bring them under EU family and settle.

If some one can please help/advise with step by step process and documents required.
