Tier 2 PBS Online Application

Hi All,

I am applying to switch my partner visa from T2 General Main applicant to T2 General PBS within the UK.
Looking for some confirmation on the below

1. Which is the correct online form to fill for the same as there are few which I can see. I guess the correct one is the following

PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner

In case if the above is not correct, please do share the form which we should be filling

2. I have got my T2 general visa this month and for the question on the above form "Which visa or permission to stay has "Name" applied for or been granted?"
>>> Tier 2 (General) leave to remain -- Would that be correct ?

3. As I have not yet received my BRP yet The Entry Clearance number is it the same as the VAF number on my Visa ?

Any help would be really appreciated, would like to apply by today EOD to save on the IHS surcharge increase from tomorrow.
