Tier 2 general visa - Switching Query

Hello All,
If I switch from Tier 2 general to ICT dependent visa within UK and if after 6 months employer is ready to sponsor me can I switch from ICT dependent visa to Tier 2 general sponsor without cooling off period or I have to serve cooling off period? How I can avoid this cooling period legally as in Can I apply for ICT dependent visa from outside UK i.e from home country and entry clearance will be on dependent visa and then whenever I get sponsor I will apply for Switch from ICT dependent visa to tier 2 general from home country without cooling off period.
