Effect of Police Verbal Warning on Tier 2 general work VISA application in UK

Hello Guys,
I was stopped by a cop in wales when I was overtaking a slow moving vehicle. He told me that was a dangerous move and seemed quite unhappy. He asked for my UK driving license (took a picture maybe) and told me its a verbal warning and asked me to leave. He didn't give me any ticket or paper and didn't even say any formal words. Do I have to be worried here? Because I have to apply for a UK work visa.

The option is whether I have received a
a. A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty
b. I do not have any of these.

What should I proceed with?

I am in desperate need of help here as I have been searching a lot on this topic and reaching out to solicitors but no help.

It is just a simple warning, which happens a lot daily, not constituting any formal penalty.

In order to receive a official Police Caution, you need to be:

admit an offence and agree to be cautioned


For any Penalty, Caution, Official Warning, you have to receive the written confirmation of penalty.

Which type of search, within public domain, could confirm if a police investigation is underway or a caution/ warning was previously issued to an individual?

Hopefully the same search is used by the Home Office when processing a visa application submitted from inside the UK.
