Questions regarding ILR

Post by momer79 » Fri Sep 12, 2008 12:40 pm

Hi,

I am applying for ILR in 2 weeks ( in person )on the basis of 2 yr FLR(M) marriage visa. I have question regarding bank statement.

1. Our all savings (5k+) are in the bank account which is on my wife's name and we also have joint account on both our names but we use it for normal daily expenses and sometimes it goes in debit and then we put the money back in that account from our savings. My question is here, Should i show joint bank statement which has some transactions of debit amount, will it effect my ILR? OR i just show saving account of my wife and my own current account in which my salary comes in but there isn't alot of money in that account ( this account has no debit transcation ) ?

2. Do i have to show 6 month bank statements or 12 months?

I am also showing last 6 month pay slips and letter from my employer.

Other required letters are
-------------------------------------------

- Life in UK Test certificate

- Water Bill x 2 (joint name)
- BGas Bill x 2 (joint name)
- Council Tax x 2 (joint name)

- NHS Medical Card
- NHS Letter ( on both our names separately)
- Letters related to child tax credit
- Bill from BT on my name
- Bills from broadband companies on my name
- Tenency agreement ( joint name )
------------------------------------------

Any advice will be helpful for me.

Regards,
