IRP online renewal requirements.

Hello guys,

hope everyone is keeping safe.

My stamp 4 Irish Residency Permit is up for renewal this month and it is based on my Irish Born Child. As it's my first time of renewing and since it's done online now, I'm not sure of what and what are required of me.

So to those who recently renewed their stamp 4 IRP online, what are the additional documents you guy provided apart from the data page of your passport, your IRP card, and the child's birth certificate? I also have a letter from my GP as my baby isn't going to creche yet. Don't know if I should include that too.
