FLR M TO ILR

Dear Member,
hope you guys are well,
Could you please help to understand that my wife and Son under 18 currently on FLR M under 5 year partner route, however both have completed their 10 this month, can they apply for 10 year long residence route?

As long they meet all the SET(LR) requirements including 10 years lawful residence in UK. Yes they can apply on SET(LR).

I am British Citizen but my wife and son first came to UK in 2006 and went back to India in 2008, but they back again in 2010 and since then they are living with me and there is only time they stayed in India for around 4 months but they have valid visa when they are in India, hope it will not effect their continues stay.
