Integra Verification form for Tier1 (General) from India

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 (General) visa from Bangalore, India.
I found in this forum that I need to submit the Integra form, but I could not able to find out where can I download that form.

I have downloaded the following documents from ukvisa.gov.in site.

1. VAF9
2. General Migrant self assessment form

I would like to know any other document I need to download and fill for applying Tier 1 (general) VISA.

I am sorry if it is a repost.

The only surprise on the Integra form is that u need to furnish contact details of your Bank and University for verification and make sure you have a photocopy of the complete original set else you'll have to do it at VFS and its sometimes crowded so you'll need up wasting some time there .
