FLR FP - Non payment of debt

Hey guys, I'm due to submit an application FLR FP. I was going through the online form and on the 'good character' section there is a question that reads: At any time have you ever had a civil court judgment against you, for example for non-payment of debt, bankruptcy? Yes/No. I have a spent debt relief order, which to my limited knowledge is different from a civil court judgment. How do I answer that question. Thank you for your help.
