EU settlement schame for British citizenship

Hii got my eu settlement schame permant one year ago so i was ready to apply for british passport   . But happen something for me when i was in travel in Africa . And i was close lost my brean so I'm now  more 4 mmonth in morocco for finish my treatment with my doctor  psychologies . Thats can effect my future application for british citizenship ? Thanks

- Normal permitted absences in the qualifying period: 450 days (5 years) - 270 days (3 years) if married to British citizen
- Normal permitted absences in final 12 months of your qualifying period: 90 days
