FPN declaration in which section of the form

Post by sathya01 » Fri Nov 20, 2020 12:37 am

Hi,

Where should the FPN for speeding should be declared in the form?

There are few options
1)A penalty for a driving offence, e.g. disqualification for speeding or no insurance"
2)A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty

If I select the 2nd option I get a section called fixed penalty notice so not very sure where should I declare the FPN.

Can anyone advise please?

Thanks

Did you pay the FPN or it led to court? What was the date? Are the points still endorsed on your license?

Yes I paid the FPN for £100 and endorsed with 3 points, no it did not lead to court, it was in October 2016, the points has been removed from the license as it's been more than 4 years now.

No need to declare. But if you wish you can leave a note in your cover letter or the second option as stated above itself as “other penalty.”
