Prior Arrest & US Immigration

I'm planning to move to the US. However, there is a problem. Back in 1998, I was arrested for petty theft and received a good behavior bond. I was 17 back then. What are my chances of receiving a immigrant visa by DV lottery?

Just so you know DV lottery is a lottery and the chances of you winning are kind of slim too :(
