Thanks CULLINAN.

Her application for further leave was considered invalid in 2010. Will that be an issue ? I think we also need to give marriage certificate with the application as well.

Thanks

As long she has had a valid stay for last 10 years, she should be okay. Yes marriage certificate needed. Also, the checklist will tell about all required documents.

Hello everyone,

I just filled an An naturalisation form for my friend. The document list is as follows:

1- applicants passport
2- certificate of proving English language
3- proof of living in UK from last 3 or 5 years
4- Marriage certificate
5- proof of freedom from immigration restrictions
6- 2 referee declaration
7- proof of British citizenship of spouse
8- current BRP of applicant

Q#1- Does applicant need to sign a consent form?

Q#2- Does spouse need to sign a consent form?

If the answer is Yes please advice where to get those consent forms?

Q#3- Will online application form allow me to download the consent form after payment section?

Thanks

Hello,

I will submit this application tomorrow 23-11-2020. She need to be physically present in the UK 3 years before the application date or 5 years?

If 3 years then she need to physically present in the country on 23-11-2017.

If 5 years then 23-11-2015.

She visited Ireland and came back on 21-11-2015.

Please advice.
Thanks

Thanks CULLINAN.

I have another question please advice.

Q- Did you meet the knowledge of English
requirement as part of an indefinite leave
application made on or after 28 October 2013?

She got ILR in 2012 which is before 28 October 2013 so answer should be "NO" and submitted ESOL in 2012 with ILR application.

She passed B1 test in march 2019.

Please advice is it YES or NO.

Thanks

Teacher can be a referee according to the list you provided.

Date on the referee declaration form is the same as application date. 23/11/2020.

Dose that date make any difference?

It can be any date before or after application submission?

Thanks
