Finally received my SET LR (applied on 22 August, IDV 6th Sept) decision through an email at 8:59am. Thank you everyone in this forum for the support. I wish all of those waiting would soon get their approval.
Congratulations mate!

I provided my biometrics today through London Victoria Enhanced centre, was super quick. It was only 3 people entering with me and the list of people seemed very small. No queues inside - it's super safe if you're worried about COVID. Plus it only took me 15 mins all together.
My route is ILR Tier 2 Set (O). Hopefully I will be a straightforward case, however I know there is a 50/50 chance, some people with a similar application are waiting all 6 months and some have a decision within a week. Once lockdown is over i hope the decisions will speed up for everyone!

When did you apply? How difficult it was to book an appointment?

Thanks! I applied on 26th Oct, the next appointment (3 weeks away) wasn't available so i had to check at midnight almost every day and then finally managed to get one for 26th Nov. I think I booked it on 30th Oct, and there were no free appointments so I had to pay £69. I hope they will make more appointments available soon. My partner is applying for an employer sponsorship licence and they've resumed premium on that now!

Just received the generic COVID-19 delay notice from -<
WorkSponsored@homeoffice.gov.uk>. I know this means nothing but it has arrived at exactly 8 weeks from the date of application. Wondering if other October applicants have received this @Navkant?

I applied via a Solicitor who might have received this. And knowing this is a generic update, I think we can ignore this and keep waiting

Yeah it came from my solicitor as well. I had my hopes up when i saw an email from them. Yeah can only wait. The solicitors also said it means nothing as most of their cases in recent past received it and decisions followed soon after. I really hope that trend continues.

@raghuy replying to you here to not muddle the timeline thread.
Yes I checked the right to work website and see it was updated, and in the meantime my solicitor received some blank email from HO, so we chased for confirmation. Full details of the situation here:

Hi all, I am about to submit my IDL application (tier 2 general route). I did not realize that the premium and super premium services are suspended. Does anyone know if this is still the case?
I'm will submit my application in a few days but I'm trying to understand the process after this. My tier 2 visa expires mid january 2021 - so what are the implications of me applying now without the premium or super premium service? Thank you so much!

I hope so. I haven't been insane in checking RoW every hour yet

What is your application date? I see you entered the UK in June 2010. Have you applied late hoping for Super priority service to resume?

No implications of applying on a standard route. They decision may take longer to arrive
