Error while trying to complete Child Student Visa when routing to IHS site

Good Day all,
I am trying to complete Child student Visa application for my son. After I complete the form and press the button to take me to IHS website to make the payment of health surcharge, it throws up an error with the following details.

There was a problem transferring you to Immigration Health Surcharge website. You will not be able to continue your application until this problem has been fixed:

Error Code : DCJ-IF-101-302

We are given a telephone number and/or an email address to enquire with. The telephone number doesnt connect from my location. I sent them an email and received a response that this is a technical problem and I should apply again. I made a fresh application with the same result.

Can any one please help me with this. I shall be extremely grateful.
