I am a bit confused with one of the questions.
"Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?" I have answered Yes as I have 2 children who are British citizens.
Please did I answer correctly?

I did the same for my application as I have two children who are British Citizens also. I clarified in the additional notes at the end that both are British Citizens.

Where it says to show proof of living in the UK and with Bank statements and household bills not suitable proof, are we OK to use passport pages as proof?

Yes use passport(s) covering the period (bio page and all stamps in/out).
