Can Father-in-law EEA sponsor??

Post by kod2g8 » Thu Dec 03, 2020 12:47 pm

I would like to apply for 5 year Visa. Father-in-law is an EU National. Live with him. Want to apply for Visa on the basis of your father-in-law as extended family member. Dependant on your father in law- financially dependent. He provides everything to me. My partner lives together with me and father-in-law. Partner has pre-settled status on the basis of financial dependence. She came to the UK last year on the basis of father being EU national. Me and my partner did not live in any other EU country. I am on a student visa and my visa will run out next year.

Any advice please??

Although you didn't get any answers to your last thread two days ago, I think the mods want you to not start new threads with the same question.
