Eeu.decision to refuse your visa is overturned.

The decision to refuse my visa was overturned in july 20 and been told to submit my passport.
I applied to join my eea family in December 2018 was refused then went for JR after appeal was allowed.HO withdrew from the appeal and was given 3 months to make a new decision.
After 3 months they turned over decision to refuse my visa.and told to submit my passport.which i did its been more than 4 months i didn’t hear anything back.
I applied from Pakistan to join my family in uk.
After waiting this long I would like your advice about this matter.how long do i need to wait more and what to expect
