PBS Dependent Extension when Main Applicant ILR is pending

Hi Moderators, I have to apply PBS dependent extension for my husband while my ILR application is pending (got Bio-metric reuse email). My husband entered the country 6 months after me (he is short of 6 months to qualify for ILR) and his visa expiry is approaching hence we cannot wait for my ILR approval and need to submit his PBS dependent visa extension application.

I am following below steps while filling the application form. Could you please help me?

1. Which visa or permission to stay has Main Applicant applied for or been granted?
Tier 2 (General) leave to remain
-- Is this correct? (Main applicant is on Tier 2 general 5 years visa expiring in Oct2020)

2. Do you have one of these Home Office reference numbers for Main Applicant?
Yes, and provide Main Applicant Tier2G BRP details
-- Is this correct?

3. Does Main Applicant have indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship?
--- What should be selected here? Yes or No

3.1 No -- Once i select No i have to give Sponsor license number. Is this correct??
3.2 Yes -- I think i should select Yes since my ILR application is still pending. Please correct me?

4. What is the length of Main Applicant's Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)?3 years or less
-- I got 5 years COS but if i select >3 years i have to pay more application fee. We need the visa extension only for 6 months but looks like we will have to pay IHS for 3years.

But just a thought on your following point.

This option is correct since you have not actually got the ILR.
3.2 Yes -- I think i should select Yes since my ILR application is still pending. Please correct me?
Conversely, you havent got decision from UKBA on your ILR hence you do not have it.

Now coming to the main dilemma,
The application no where asks that, has main applicant applied for the ILR or is under review ?
There is no space on the application to reflect that main applicant has applied for ILR.

Please prove let me know you thoughts.
